Indiramma house scheme

Indiramma Indla Scheme.. Sweet news for women's groups, free of charge..!

It is known that the Telangana government has launched the Indiramma Indla Scheme to make the dream of owning a house a reality for the poor. This scheme will start on January 26. While Rs. 5 lakh will be provided as an aid for the construction of the house.. it is ready to supply sand for free. It is also planning to provide steel and cement on a subsidy basis. It is expected that the bricks required for the construction of the house will be made by women's groups. Thus, the government is planning to provide financial security to the Dwakra groups.

The Revanth government is ready to sanction houses to the poor who do not have houses in Telangana under the Indiramma Indla Scheme. While this scheme is going to start on the 26th of this month.. the related work is underway. In the first phase, the government will sanction a total of 4.16 lakh houses, 3,500 houses per constituency. However, the government has focused on the materials required for the construction of Indiramma houses. The Housing Department has estimated that approximately 112 lakh cubic meters of sand, 68 lakh tons of steel, 101 crore bricks, and 40.50 lakh tons of cement will be required for the construction of a total of 4.16 lakh houses.

As part of the implementation of the scheme, the government is ready to give another sweet message. It is learned that the government has come to an in-principle agreement to supply sand to the Indiramma beneficiaries free of charge. For this, reaches in streams and rivers have to be identified in the respective districts. The Revanth government has also focused on the supply of cement and steel. There are possibilities that the government will negotiate with companies that will come forward to provide these at a lower price if they are purchased in bulk at once. In total, plans have been made to provide a bag of cement for Rs. 260 and a ton of steel for Rs. 54 thousand to the Indiramma beneficiaries.

It is learnt that the government has decided to make bricks, which are essential for house construction, through women's groups and provide them to the beneficiaries. To ensure there is no shortage of bricks, the government is getting ready to set up three brick manufacturing units in each mandal under the auspices of women's groups in Telangana. It has been decided to provide a loan of up to Rs. 18 lakh per unit through SERP. Bricks will be supplied to Indiramma houses through these units. The relevant guidelines and the price of bricks will be decided by the Housing and Panchayat Raj departments.

Gram Sabhas will be convened in the third week of this month and the lists of beneficiaries of Indiramma houses will be prepared. After that, they will be sent to the district in-charge ministers for approval. If they get their approval, the implementation process of this scheme will be speeded up. It is known that the government has already decided to sanction Indiramma houses only to those who have their own land in the first phase.
